Who we are

Greatkeep PH helps people discover nearby food and drinks and share item-level ratings, comments, menu information, and photos. Contact us at support@greatkeep.app.

Information we collect

• Google sign-in information, including your email address, name, and profile photo.
• Your Greatkeep username and any profile information you choose to provide.
• Ratings, comments, menu details, prices, and photos you submit.
• Your device location when you choose to use Nearby. Location is used to find places around you; Greatkeep records only a coarse area search marker for caching rather than linking precise search coordinates to your profile.
• Basic technical logs needed to operate, secure, and diagnose the service.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, show nearby places, publish community contributions, calculate dish scores, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve Greatkeep. We do not sell personal information.

Public contributions

Usernames, profile photos, ratings, comments, menu information, and submitted food or menu photos may be visible publicly. Do not upload personal information or images you do not have permission to share.

Service providers

We use Google for sign-in and place information, Supabase for authentication, databases, and file storage, Vercel for hosting, and Anthropic to read menu photographs that users choose to submit. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own privacy terms.

Retention and security

Account and community content is kept while your account is active or as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Google-sourced place fields are refreshed or removed within their permitted cache period. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may decline location access and still use features that do not require Nearby. You may request access, correction, export, objection, restriction, or deletion where applicable. To delete your account and associated personal data, email support@greatkeep.app from the email connected to your account. We may verify your identity before acting.

Children

Greatkeep is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy as Greatkeep changes. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
