Agreement
By using Greatkeep, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 and able to form a binding agreement under applicable law.
Your account
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person or create accounts to evade restrictions.
Your contributions
You may submit ratings, comments, menu information, and photos. You keep ownership of your content, but grant Greatkeep a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute it only to operate, promote, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.
Community rules
Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, dangerous, or privacy-invasive content. Do not manipulate scores, automate abusive access, disrupt the service, scrape protected data, or attempt to access another user's account. We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary.
Food and place information
Greatkeep contains community contributions and third-party place information. Prices, menus, opening details, availability, dietary claims, and ratings can be incomplete or outdated. Confirm important details with the restaurant. Greatkeep does not provide medical, allergy, nutrition, or food-safety advice.
Third-party services
Google, restaurants, maps, and linked services have their own terms and policies. Greatkeep is not responsible for third-party services, transactions, or content. Google-sourced data remains subject to Google's applicable terms.
Service availability
Greatkeep may change, pause, or discontinue features. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law, without a promise that every result is accurate, available, or error-free.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greatkeep is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. We may update them as the service changes and will revise the date above. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
